What is Holistic Counselling?

Holistic Counselling is a gentle, caring, personalised, and integrative form of therapy that treats you as a whole rather than focusing on specific issues or symptoms. Holistic Counselling considers the interconnection between your mind, body, and spirit (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements) to uncover possible underlying causes.

Holistic Counselling combines conventional therapies such as Narrative and Gestalt with unconventional therapies and tools such as mediation, relaxation techniques, crystal therapy, energy healing, oracle cards and numerology to help you reconnect with your innate strengths and to facilitate self-healing through empowerment.

Holistic Counselling takes a person-centred approach where you are both the focus and the guide for the session Holistic Counselling sessions are private, personalised, confidential, and non-judgmental.

Each session usually takes 50-60 minutes.

The role of the Holistic Counsellor is to help you to help yourself.
